WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
For the safety of our customers and their orders, we only offer UK, Europe & International Tracked Shipping options to ensure all orders are protected and insured.

Tracked Shipping Fees

UK Tracked - £2.95 
Europe Tracked - £8.95 
USA Tracked - £10.95
Australia Tracked - £10.95
Rest of World Tracked - £11.95

If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order has not arrived in the estimated time, please wait 5 business days before contacting us as deliveries are taking considerably longer due to Brexit. If your order still has not arrived, please email orders@ketflixandpills.com with your order number in the subject.
